Oktio is a easy cloud procurement platform to run RFI, RFP, RFQ and negotiate through auction in a simple way.
First, create an account, and then, create an event (RFx or Auction) mentioning your supplier emails.
Your suppliers will connect to the platform as well, and will decide or not to participate to your event (RFx or Auction).
Your suppliers will reply on the platform, and you will be able to follow your purchasing from the tender to the award stage.
